There are so many reasons why children should practice yoga.  Yoga is non-competitive and it helps children to better understand their body and mind. Through the use of games its fun, energising, and the movement helps to improve coordination, strength and flexibility. The interactive games also help to develop the imagination and it can be very calming, helping to improve concentration, focus and attention.

Yoga is also very beneficial for children with special needs.
