Soak up the calming sounds, scents and sights on a relaxed mindful walk through the grounds of Ardgillan: the spectacular rose garden, walled gardens and Yew tree path.

Stretch, strengthen and relax body and mind during a gentle yoga practice

Ease into a calming relaxation to restore and renew your energy levels

Enjoy a refreshing cup of tea and light snack in the castle rooms


Springtime is seen as a time of growth, renewal, of new life being born, and of the cycle of life once again starting. Generally we begin to feel more interest in becoming more active and welcoming new changes into our lives as we let go of the old to make room for the new!
