A holistic approach to your health and well-being

Why would I want to attend a personal session? For those who have done it, they will tell you that the personal attention you get as well as the focus on holistic health can be incredibly helpful and beneficial to reaching your health and well-being goals and improving other areas of your life.

Who can benefit from a personal session? Really everyone can, we are motivated in different ways, some people prefer a more personal approach, with the direct relationship with the instructor being a key driver to turn up and make improvements. So a one to one environment can feel more supportive and enable you to build the skills to create the changes you want. Each session is personalised to your needs and wishes with some homework to further integrate the changes. In the private environment of a one to one session you can feel open to discuss more sensitive issues which you may not want to raise in a group setting. We can be versatile in our approach with a one to one session, so if you have got something in mind, why not give us a call or email to discuss your ideas.

A little about who I am:

I had chronic fatigue many years ago and I benefited greatly from following a holistic approach to improving my health and well-being. Since then health and well-being has become a great passion of mine, I have learned and trained in a number of disciplines to improve my health and I love sharing that knowledge with others to improve their health and life! I have worked in the health and well-being area for the past 15 years and in that time I have helped many people reach their goals to lead a healthier life. At present, each week I deliver yoga and exercise sessions at a number of mental health hospitals, older adult and disability centres in Dublin and Kildare.

Sessions can take place online, in the comfort of your own home or a nearby park
