Acorn Wellbeing is a solo practice run by Michael, who has delivered exercise and yoga sessions in mental health hospitals and community day services throughout Dublin for the past 15 years. His passion lies in using movement, breath, and relaxation to support well-being and recovery.

He has a Degree in Adapted Physical Activity, is a qualified Yoga Therapist, and is currently completing a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with his master’s thesis exploring how physical activity enhances physical and mental health. 

He delivers sessions in both individual and group settings, and collaborates with Occupational Therapists and Nurses as part of multidisciplinary care teams.
