The exercise sessions are enjoyable and achievable for everyone—regardless of ability, energy levels, or stage of recovery. Sessions are also designed to promote calm, connection, and a sense of personal achievement through helping service users towards their goals and meaningful recovery.

For older adults or those with limited mobility, sessions can be delivered entirely from a chair, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably and confidently. Chair-based exercise supports strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being—while maintaining the calm, supportive atmosphere essential to recovery.
